Facial Yoga and Shiatsu – the easiest way to age gracefully!

Okay – we originally thought this was nuts. But with the funny facial expressions and potential benefits, how could you not be intrigued? 

Koko Hayashi is a certified Facial Yoga Trainer (Yes! There is such a thing!). This means that she is able to teach you how to use and train your facial muscles in order to look young again. Her exercises promise to do what for your face what yoga does for your body – tighten. And believe us, she is the perfect instructor. You will never be able to guess her age!

In the Japanese language, shiatsu means “finger pressure”. This technique, mixed with the facial yoga expressions, work with the lower, middle, and upper layers of the skin simultaneously ultimately increasing the blood circulation through the face, allowing oxygen and nourishment to reach the cells of the skin, and slowing down the aging process. Long story short, it gets rid of wrinkles.

In her step-by-step video below, Koko teaches you exercises that you could do while you are sitting in the car, working at your desk, watching tv, or anything!
